A SPACE TO EXPLORE THE CRAFT OF STORYTELLING ON SCREEN
During the redevelopment of our permanent home, BAFTA Piccadilly is the new temporary residence of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts and is now open to the public seven days a week.
A space to explore our shared love of the moving image and show our appreciation of the people who make it.
Experience a world where film, games and television combine to create something special, whilst enjoying something great to eat and drink.
A story is at the heart of every film and TV programme you watch or game that you play. Our current exhibition ‘For the Love of Film’ highlights how these stories are created. Behind the scenes, the creativity, technical skill and passion of hundreds of people shape the narrative. And while their tools may differ – make-up brushes, scissors, pixels, pyrotechnics – everyone is a story teller in their own right, working towards the delivery of a shared experience.
EAT & DRINK
Open daily, seven days a week, our seasonal menu of freshly prepared salads, sandwiches and treats, showcase the best of British produce. A selection of coffees, teas, beers, wines and soft drinks is also available.
Explore, experience and be inspired. A series of curated events, masterclasses and tastings celebrating BAFTA will soon be announced.
